The Platform at aiservicemarket.com is run by a private individual — an independent developer — acting as the data controller. There is no company behind it and no commercial exploitation of your data. Contact for any privacy question: privacy@aiservicemarket.com.
(a) Account data — email address, name shown on your profile, profile photo, country and role (client or specialist); (b) Profile data — skills, experience, portfolio and description, all provided voluntarily by you; (c) Project data — project descriptions, proposals, budgets stated by users, and project status; (d) Messages — what users write to each other on the Platform; (e) Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and access logs kept automatically for security. We never ask for identity documents, and we never collect card or bank details, because no money passes through the Platform.
To create and keep your account working; to show your profile to other users and match clients with specialists; to publish projects and proposals and deliver messages; to send service emails such as sign-in links, notifications about proposals and security alerts; to keep the Platform secure and prevent fraud; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data, we do not pass it to advertisers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom (GDPR): performance of a contract — to provide the service you asked for; legitimate interests — security and prevention of abuse; consent — for analytics cookies and any optional emails, which you may withdraw at any time; legal obligation — where the law requires it. For users in the Russian Federation (Federal Law 152-FZ), processing is based on your consent given at registration and on the necessity of processing to provide the service.
All accounts, profiles, projects and messages are stored on servers located in the Russian Federation (hosting provider Timeweb). This is deliberate: Russian law requires personal data of Russian citizens to be stored in Russia. The website itself is delivered through Vercel's global network, which processes your IP address in order to serve pages, but stores none of the data listed in section 2. If you are in the European Union, please note that your data is therefore stored outside the EU, in a country for which the European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision; by registering you are informed of this before any data is submitted.
Other users see what you publish: your public profile is visible to Platform users, while messages are visible only to the people in that conversation. Beyond that, data is handled only by the services that keep the Platform running: our own server infrastructure at Timeweb (accounts, database, files, sign-in), the sign-in providers you choose to use (Yandex ID or Google — they confirm your identity to us and receive no data about your activity here), an email provider that delivers our service emails, and Vercel, which hosts the website. Data may also be given to state authorities where the law obliges us to. We do not sell data to anyone.
While your account exists, we keep your data so the Platform can work. After you delete your account, your profile, projects and messages are removed; we keep only what the law requires us to keep — records of reports, blocks and legal claims — for up to three years. We hold no payment or transaction records, because settlement does not pass through the Platform.
We use two kinds. Strictly necessary cookies keep you signed in and remember the interface language you chose; the Platform cannot work without them, so they are always on and do not require consent. Analytics cookies (Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics) count visits so we can see which pages are useful; they are switched off until you agree, nothing is loaded before that, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page. We use no advertising cookies and embed no third-party tracking beyond the analytics named here.
Data travels over an encrypted connection (TLS). Passwords are never stored as text — only as an irreversible hash. Access to the server and database is limited to the operator. Message content is visible only to conversation participants. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect a problem, write to privacy@aiservicemarket.com and we will respond.
You may: obtain a copy of the data we hold about you; correct anything inaccurate; have your data deleted; receive it in a machine-readable format; object to processing based on legitimate interests; ask us to pause processing while a question is resolved; and withdraw any consent you gave. Most of this can be done directly in your account settings. Otherwise write to privacy@aiservicemarket.com — we reply within 30 days.
The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data about minors. If you believe a minor has registered, write to privacy@aiservicemarket.com and the account will be deleted.
This Policy may change. Material changes will be announced by email or by a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. The date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
If you believe your rights have been breached, please write to us first: privacy@aiservicemarket.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Russia, Roskomnadzor; in the European Union, the data protection authority of the country where you live.
